Is WhatsApp Business worth It for Small Businesses? — My Short Review

I have been using WhatsApp Business for over a month now, and I’ll tell you whether it’s worth your time or not.

First of all, there is a free version to use! (for small businesses) Which means there is no harm in at least trying it out for your business.

Take a pro tip first: Have a number purely intended for business purposes!

I have come to like some of the features this app provides, but it’s not quite perfect, though. Let me tell you my likes and dislikes from the perspective of a small business owner.

Payments

With the integration of the payment api, the platform becomes ready to fulfil an important element for your business, i.e Payments! WhatsApp Business API supports a wide range of payment options, including UPI, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express, and more. So local payments and international payments are not a thing to be bothered about.

Well, it’s not that this feature is exclusive to WhatsApp Business; you can enjoy the payments on your normal WhatsApp account as well, but it makes more sense for a business to use this feature on a messaging app.
