It’s so unreliable sometimes

Thought I’d save myself a minute but the answer was too unbelievable I ended up doing the math myself and voila, chatgpt was off by a factor of 10!
It understood the assignment of converting a volume of 300 sqft x 0.5” to gallons. The ft3 to gallon factor is correct, but it misplaced the decimal before the conversion.
