Jasper AI – The Copywriting Tool You’ve Been Waiting For

What is Jasper ai
Jasper AI is a copywriting software that literally writes all your content for you. This tool is perfect for bloggers and online marketers because it can write anything from blog posts to social media posts, news letters, sales pages and even fiction!
How does Jasper AI work
Jasper AI is an Artificial Intelligence, so basically a computer, that has learned how to imitate human language. It learned how to do this by reading 10% of all published content on the internet. After reading millions of blog posts, websites, Reddit threads and more, it has observed how people write and how to create its own original content.
Getting started with Jasper AI

To create a document you can use one of Jasper’s templates or create a document from scratch.
In the next example I created a document from scratch with the blog post workflow.
Document > New > Blog Post Workflow
To set up this document, you have to fill out 3 steps:
1. Describe the content you want to create
At first I thought I had to give Jasper lots of instructions but then I found out that I got better results by keeping my content descriptions shorter.
Here’s an example of one of my first attempts with quite a wordy description:
2. Generate a Title
Next you can write your title or you can let Jasper generate one for you. This is the title that Jasper generated for my post.
3. Write or generate an intro paragraph
Next you can write an intro paragraph or get Jasper to generate one for you. I let Jasper generate my intro and chose the second option.
After this your document setup is complete and you can open up the editor.
In the editor you can see your intro paragraph, with a text editing menu above and your content title and description on the left.
Below this you can select a tone of voice, which ranges from witty to professional and from feminine to dramatic. You can even select the tone of voice of a celebrity like Oprah or Joe Rogan, pretty funny if you ask me!
When you first open the editor Jasper will give you instructions on how to continue writing.
My intro paragraph looked like this and then I added the highlighted sentences.
Next I wrote the sentence highlighted below and clicked the Compose button (you can also use CMD + J on Mac, CTRL + J on PC).
When you tell Jasper to compose your next paragraph he reads the text you have written before your cursor and does his best to continue writing. Think of it like telling a human writing assistant “Keep writing where I left off”.
Jasper will look for patterns, instructions, and clues based on your previous text to decide what to write next.
I was pretty happy with that paragraph but decided to delete the last sentence. To continue, I wrote the sentence highlighted in blue below and clicked the Compose button again. Below is the result.
As you can see it’s pretty easy to whip up paragraphs just by writing one sentence.
If you’re not getting the results you want, it’s a good idea to go back to the content description box on the left and give more specific instructions to Jarvis.
If you’re sort of happy with your paragraph but like to change the wording slightly, you can hit the Re-phrase button.
