– Will lead an HR Business Partner and an HR Generalist to provide the full range of HR support to a 400+ employees at one of the company’s non-union manufacturing plants
– Will work closely with plant leadership
– Coach and mentor an HR Business Partner and an HR GeneralistREQUIREMENTS:
– 5+ years of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner experience
– HR experience in manufacturing plants or similar industrial settings
– Creative/innovative mindset
