By skyforbes Civilization and Tropico V aren't doing it for me anymore. Keen to look at a city-builder where the graphics requirements are 'a toaster could run it, if you ask nicely'.
I took a look at Cities: Skylines II and it made no sense to me why a citybuilding game would require a 3080. Do they seriously model the individual teeth of every single person?
The first game is stuck on an endless self-update loop and I don't know how to fix it. Also downloading it to try to isn't an option.
Anyone know of a different game, off the top of their heads?
