By skyforbes I've had a Chat open for a few days with ongoing prompts and replies, not a huge thread and no images or video generation, just questions, clarification and answers.
I opened the Chat this morning and all previous chat messages prior to an additional question I asked yesterday has vanished. I didn't delete anything, but it's all gone.
I can still see the prompts and response in my Google Activity but it's not in the Gemini chat, and when I ask the AI if it can still see the historical messages it can't, although it acknowledges that from the phrasing of my question there must have been previous info in the thread.
What's happened here? It's really frustrating to lose all that time and effort.
