By skyforbes I can't trust anything this tells me anymore. A while back I uploaded some government legislation for assistance with. Chatgpt then makes up some quote and says how the legislation clearly states "insert here exactly what you want to see". I know this doc well enough and I'm shocked I'd never seen this before.
Ends up it does not exist and chatgpt just says it was paraphrasing. I tell it to never do this again. Today it "quoted" me as an excuse for why it was giving me some BS. It then admits I didn't ask that…. Blah blah blah.
It clearly understands the function of quotation marks when I ask it, so why does it make up quotes?
