By skyforbes He files as single with zero dependants for taxes. Currently making $15.50/hr working 35-40 hours per week. No health insurance yet. He'll be changing employers in the next couple weeks and will have to wait for 90 days to be eligible for insurance. He needs health insurance due to a chronic condition requiring daily medication as well as new health issues that can't be addressed without insurance.
I've been on state assistance off and on for 30+ years myself, but I'm not sure what documents are accepted currently. I'm looking for acceptable documents for proof of address? I know that the website says a utility bill, but none of the bills are in his name, they're in mine and I can't get the companies to allow more than one person to be listed on the account.
Can anyone give me alternatives for that?
