I have been receiving Anoka County MA for a few years now and I've been on HealthPartners insurance and it's been an absolute nightmare.
I know we're currently in the annual renewal enrollment time frame, but I didn't receive a form in the mail with the options.
I called and they told me getting the forms out are delayed, but I should receive it in a couple weeks. Ok, fine. It should be here this Wednesday.
I asked why I was auto-renewed (I seen it online), and they wouldn't tell me. They also told me it was auto-renewed on October 1st… but when I spoke to them initially, they didn't tell me. I ended up speaking to 2 different agents, 2 separate calls, on 2 separate days. So, I'm also receiving conflicting information!
They did tell me that my current insurance would no longer be an option, and I would have to choose between Blue Plus or Medica, so I did my research and figured out which plan I'll choose.
As a sidenote, I wasn't notified I was auto-renewed, nor was I notified that my current plan wouldn't be an option! I was also told by the second agent that my current plan is still an option (more conflicting information!)
They're REALLY dropping the ball, and I am beyond frustrated and upset.
Has anyone dealt with this kind of craziness?? Who did you contact to get things straightened out??
The other issue is, I only have until December 15th, which is the cut off date where I can no move l longer switch, and time is running out.
