By skyforbes Hi everyone! I just got approved for MA which is such an incredibly lucky turn of events. My husband had lost his job (we'll be OK! And he is going to be able to be my PCA as I decline which is such a relief!) and I am a stage IV cancer patient (very lucky though – not sad.) I am very grateful but it comes with a steep monthly spend down. The county mentioned though that if I return to work that the spend down can be avoided. The challenge is my chemo inhibits my energy, mobility and I still have chronic pain. Its not terrible but it is limiting and unpredictable depending where I'm at with my chemo cycle. I only need to make around $100 a month. I've been looking for jobs but they all want more mobility or commitment than I can offer. Anyone navigating this successfully or are there jobs that I am not thinking of that I could meet this need but provide great flexibility?
