Movie? That I remember but can’t find it

I tried searching in web and per AI ( don't hate me for it)
I can remember only few details, it was about a guy who was killed/executed with a shot to the head, I believe (although I'm not sure) that he was shot through eye and it left a scar on the side of the head. Im not sure about the rest of the movie but I think he went for revenge after the fact they shot him.
