My Honest Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus Review (Tried and Tested)

I’ve owned a few tablets over the years, but none of them really felt “just right.” They were either too slow, too bulky, or just didn’t fit into my routine. Then I heard about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus. I thought of trying it and ended up purchasing it. It honestly feels like Samsung finally got it right this time. Not only is it beautiful, sleek, and durable, but also efficient, with a powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC.

I didn’t expect to love it this much, but it’s quickly become one of my favorite everyday gadgets.

The Display That Makes Everything Pop

Let’s start with the obvious. The display is incredible. The 12.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen looks amazing from every angle. Colors are bright and punchy, text is super sharp, and the contrast makes photos and videos look natural and lifelike.

I’ve been watching Netflix, sketching with the S Pen, and even reading late at night, and the screen handles it all effortlessly. The 120Hz refresh rate makes everything so smooth that it’s hard to go back to anything else.

Performance That Actually Delivers

What surprised me most is how fast this tablet feels. It runs on the MediaTek D9300+, and it’s honestly one of the most stable and efficient chips I’ve used. Apps launch instantly, multitasking feels effortless, and even gaming is super smooth.

I’ve been switching between streaming, light editing, and using productivity apps, and the tablet barely warms up. The battery holds up for hours too, which I credit to how efficient the MediaTek processor is.

I used to think performance like this only came from Snapdragon chips, but the MTK Dimensity series really changed that narrative. It’s cool to see how far they’ve come in powering flagship devices like this.

Battery Life That Lasts 2 Days

The Galaxy Tab S10 Plus has a huge 10,090 mAh battery, and it really lasts. I easily get through a full day of use with plenty left over for the next day. I can stream, browse, take notes, and still not worry about plugging it in constantly.

It also charges quickly, which is always a bonus. I love not having to think about battery anxiety anymore.

The S Pen Makes It Fun

The included S Pen is honestly one of my favorite parts. It’s smooth, responsive, and fun to use. Whether I’m jotting down notes, doodling, or editing photos, it feels natural. It’s great for creative work, but also just nice for random tasks like signing PDFs or writing reminders.

The Only Two Downsides

Every great device still has a few quirks. For me, the only downsides are:

  • Weight: The large size makes it a little tiring to hold for long periods, especially when reading in bed or sketching on your lap.
  • Accessories Cost Extra: The keyboard case and some covers are sold separately, and they’re not exactly cheap. It would’ve been nice if at least one was included.

Neither issue breaks the deal, but they’re worth keeping in mind.

Final Thoughts

After using the Galaxy Tab S10 Plus for a few weeks, I can confidently say it’s one of the best Android tablets out there right now. The stunning display, strong battery, and super responsive performance make it stand out.

And knowing it’s powered by MediaTek just adds to the confidence. Their processors have clearly leveled up, balancing performance, efficiency, and reliability in a way that actually feels seamless.
