My wife and I just finished Jurassic World Rebirth and we have thoughts about the ending. Massive Spoilers BTW

As soon as the movie ended, my wife looked over at me and said, they are all gonna die… and i had to agree with her. lets go over why. in the end of the movie, the survivors escape the island on a small Zodiac boat, a rigid inflatable with a motor. they have no extra food, or water, or gas for the boat. and they are escaping an isolated island in the middle of the atlantic ocean. with no one looking for them, because it was a secret mission.

add to that, they are right back in the water with the Mosasaur and the Spinos, that already destroyed 2 boats, and they specifically said the mosasaur circles the island to hunt.

even if they somehow make it past the dinos in the ocean, what are the chances they make it to civilization in a Zodiac, with no extra fuel, no paddles, no food, no water, also, they said that there are almost no patrols, because who would be stupid enough to go near that island.

ALSO ALSO, thier plan, to open source the samples. how would a couple of mercenaries, and an out of work museum coordinator/archeologist even open source 3 tissue samples from dinos?

and even if they did, doesnt that just mean that the big pharma company still gets the samples? they just dont have to pay the 100m that they were promised. because if they make the samples free to everyone, the big pharma company would get them too. and all they needed was the samples to bring thier drug to testing. it would put them like a decade in front of anyone else. they would still make untold billions or trillions curing heart disease before anyone else could bring a drug to market.

am i off base? did we miss something?
