Tried using NanoBanana Pro to convert black and white manga panels into colored anime storyboards. It’s not perfect yet, but some frames come out good!
Prompt:
Create a frame colored anime storyboard grid in 16:9, matching the exact camera angles and frame composition of the uploaded manga panel, read right-to-left. No speech bubbles or SFX. Smooth anime shading, soft lighting, and clear frame separation like a cinematic cutscene
For Proper Frame Generation:
If we separate the manga panel into individual frames and give each one to NanoBanana separately to generate anime screencap / shots, it might work better in theory — we just need to try it and see.
