The new pro model is stunning in terms of textures. It's really jaw dropping. I use it mostly for restoring old photographs. City landscapes results are incredible, the level of detail it can guess upon an old picture is amazing. And, in terms of color rendering this model is way better than the previous version. But when it comes to restoring a b&w portrait, I noticed that it introduces unsolicited changes to the original facial features, even if the original picture quality is already clear enough for the model to have to make assumptions. And the craziest part is that women's facial traits would be mostly respected, but male traits… my god, it makes them look really wasted. I don't know but it somehow deliberately "ages" men (extra wrinkles, rougher skin). No matter how hard I try (be it refraining from mentioning "dynamic range" in the prompt, or positively begging the model to respect the original features), it will consistently do the same most of the time. Is it a known bug? Has anyone experienced the same issue?
