Need Help Recreating Iconic Movie Scenes for Calendar

I'm an absolute n00b in the true sense of the word, and I don't have a GPU and hours of free time to learn Stable Diffusion with zero coding background. I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of a youtube video or something, since what I am trying to do has probably been done a million times.

My wife and I put together a calendar every year of my 2yo son and 4yo dog. Last year we bought a bunch of costumes, and I am decent at GIMP, so we did some pretty hilarious scenes of the two of them. This year, we want to recreate famous movie stills (think: Jules Winnfield and Vincent Vega from PF, Top Gun volleyball scene, etc) with our son and the dog. I have seen so much hype on AI being able to do this pretty easily, but for the life of me I cannot find a single resource to walk me through how to do it. Gemini pushes back because my son is a minor, and even when I replace my son with myself to see what the scene would look like, it does a horrible job. Yes, I know that FaceSwap apps can do this, but I'd have to have my son and the dog's head at perfect angles with the right expressions, etc. Too difficult.

Can anyone point a beginner in the right direction here? Again, I don't have a GPU, but I'm willing to pay for a web-based app.

THANK YOU!
