By skyforbes Hi, I have a personal und business account on chatgpt. I'm using chatgpt for my business for almost a year and i trained it very well with prompts and everything. Every answers i need is perfect now.

The problem is, i will have a new business email soon. But you can't change the email on chatgpt. Why? Will this feature be added soon?
If not! How can i train my new chatgpt account that it will be exactly the same, answer wise. Can i import and export chats or something? Because my chat histories in the chats or extremely long, i used, tested, renewed many different prompts that it is, how it is now.. There is no way i will find everything again, and some changes i did on the fly..
So anyone a tipp? Why you can't change email address? Is it in claude, deepseek etc this way too? Haven't checked that yet.
