“Not Found” error when creating projects

I just wanted to create a new project. In the browser I don't even have the option to create Projects and in the app, everytime I click on "create project" I get the error "not Found". Is the feature just not rolled out for my account yet? Services seem to be working. Anyone else has/had issues with this?
