Having Tammy find the fake necklace, completely closed, implicated her in the heist. It just didn’t make any sense, why have here take apart the necklace in the museum. When she COULD HAVE JUST WALKED OUT WITH IT. No wonder Debbie ended up in Prison in the first place.
