Oklahoma application for Medicaid denied despite pregnancy?

I am new to applying for Medicaid, and was prompted to do so upon finding out I’m pregnant. I used the HealthCare.Gov Marketplace for my application. Results said I am eligible for Medicaid and the state agency will contact me directly for final approval. However, I got an email from the Marketplace, not Oklahoma Health Care Authority, saying I was found ineligible for Medicaid or CHIP and may be able to get health coverage through the Marketplace.

Is the email from the Marketplace the final decision, despite not being from the state agency? If so, what may have gone wrong in my application to be denied? I did select that I would be filed as a dependent under my parents’ next tax return, and that I am a full-time student. Perhaps these are related reasons? If anyone has any advice or suggestions, I would be grateful to hear them!
