There has been a big discount across all US drone companies in recent days, but I have several reasons to believe that $ONDS is better positioned than $RCAT or $UMAC.
The first is obvious: on August 5, 2025, during Sean Duffy's speech at the New Rule To 'Unleash American Drone Dominance, several drones were publicly displayed, of which the two rounded ones are from $ONDS.
The second is that Eric Brock, the CEO, publicly stated in the last earnings call that his goal was to close AT LEAST one deal with the Department of War in 2025, but that there were a total of three projects on the table.
The third is that, officially, $ONDS is the only one of the three drone companies mentioned above that includes a whole section on its website talking in detail about the Golden Dome.
$ONDS is building an empire
You all know how different AI and data center companies are investing in each other, but almost no one is talking about the fact that drone companies are doing exactly the same thing.

- October 27, 2025 → $ONDS to acquire controlling interest in 4M Defense, integrating Smart Demining Capabilities, Terrestrial and Subsurface Robotics, and AI-Powered Intelligence Platform.
- October 20, 2025 → Safe Pro Group receives $14 Million strategic investment led by $ONDS.
- October 13, 2025 → $ONDS expands its partnership with Rift Dynamics to include Nammo for fully integrated Wåsp munition drone to Serve U.S. Defense Market
- October 3, 2025 → $UMAC lands $800K $RCAT parts order.
- September 29, 2025 → Kopin Corporation announces $41 million private placement: Theon International, $ONDS and $UMAC make strategic investment in Kopin, underscoring Kopin’s long term growth potential
- September 15, 2025 → LightParth Technologies announces $8.0 million strategic investment from $ONDS and $UMAC.
- September 5, 2025 → $ONDS completes $12 million acquisition of Apeiro Motion.
- September 2, 2025 → $ONDS launches Ondas Capital expected to deploy $150 million to accelerate global defense and security technologies
- August 26, 2025 → $ONDS enters definitive agreement to acquire majority stake in S.P.O. Smart Precision Optics LTD., to expand core capabilities in advanced electro-optics.
Polymarket estimates a 98% probability that the Fed will cut interest rates today; Trump is expected to announce an agreement with China in the coming days and the shutdown should end by the end of November at the latest, so those contracts with the Department of War are probably on their way.
