One thing a lot of agencies not seeing coming – People have access to “easy law consultations” with ChatGPT

I think this is going to be huge. So many agencies (eg. debt collectors, insurances..) they rely on consumers’ ignorance and lack of knowledge. It feels good.. at least while it’s still true
