In honor of the anniversary of Sinwar’s death I made Oznei Sinwar – using Rachel Edie’s chocolate chip cookie recipe.
After some experimentation I was able to make them into a distinct ear-like shape. Chocolate chip cookies don’t shape well like sugar cookies do. I used a silicon donut mold and cut them in half.
