Reset the Paint 3D apps
Open settings -> Apps -> Apps & Features. Navigate to Paint 3D and click on Advanced Options. Now click on Reset Button and check if the problem is solved or not. Else proceed to the next step.
Run Windows Apps Troubleshooter
Open settings -> update & security -> Troubleshoot -> on middle pane scroll and look for windows store apps, select and click run the troubleshooter.
