About Us

  • Alloy Personal Training delivers small-group personal training (4–6 clients per coach) built on science, accountability, and community. Our system helps busy adults get stronger, move better, and stay consistent through clear programming and coaching standards.
  • We’re opening Alloy Sawtelle in West LA. This studio will be a flagship for client results and member experience. The Director of Training (DOT) leads presale, membership growth, coaching quality, team hiring, and community outreach. You’ll run the playbook, own the numbers, and build a trusted local brand people recommend to friends and family.

What You’ll Own

  • Presale & Membership Growth
  • Hit 100+ members by opening; 150 total by month 6
  • Run Starting Point Sessions, follow-ups, and referral loops
  • Manage pipeline: leads → appointments → shows → closes
  • Coaching & Client Experience
  • Coach high-energy small-group (4-6 clients) sessions to Alloy standards
  • Own assessments, goal setting, and accountability touchpoints
  • Maintain session quality, safety, and floor culture
  • Team Leadership
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop coaches
  • Lead weekly meetings; run training on programming and service
  • Operations
  • Oversee schedule, payroll basics, supplies, and cleanliness
  • Keep accurate member notes, billing, chargebacks, and compliance
  • Community & Marketing Support
  • Activate B2B partnerships, local events, and social content that books appointments
  • Performance Management
  • Track and report KPIs weekly; adjust actions to hit plan with ownership

Coaching expectations

  • Lead key sessions at launch (10–15 hrs/week), then taper as team scales
  • Ensure sessions follow Alloy programming and service standards

Key outcomes

  • 100 members by opening; 150 by month 6
  • High show and close rates
  • Healthy retention level
  • Google rating 4.7+ with steady new reviews
  • Consistent execution of playbooks and scorecards

You bring

  • 5+ years leading a fitness studio or sales-first service business
  • Track record in presale, memberships, and team leadership
  • Personal training cert (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA or similar) preferred
  • Clear communicator, organized, accountable
  • Willing to work mornings, evenings, and some weekends
  • Comfortable with CRM/POS and basic reporting
