It falls upon the person who guesses the correct answer to offer up a new tagline, and it continues in this way from there. Should any correct guesser wish to forfeit their role as the next proposer, they can offer it up for grabs–first come, first served. (But please be courteous and respectful: allow for timing and response delays, don't all dogpile or throw out lots of possibilities when given a chance.)
