Please advise me on prompts to ensure ChatGPT only gives me verified facts/supported evidence, and specifically tells me if it is speculating. More in body text…

I also would love a prompt to make sure it properly keeps a tally and updates itself (even if just locally) when I have to correct it. I've tried telling it to keep a list of times it is incorrect/times I have to correct it but it doesn't seem to actually be doing it.

I'm sure this has already been asked at some point – please direct me to relevant posts if it has.
