By skyforbes This is arguably one of the more trivial features that could be implemented, but would make an outsized difference. I hate having to go through search/scroll to find older chats I want to continue. Having functionality to start/favourite/pin chats and have them appear in their own dedicated section before all others would be so convenient for conversations I want to keep referencing.
It doesn't even have to sync between my devices, and can be a purely clientside change.
There is the projects feature but it limits functionality available within conversations grouped under a project.
