Pre 20H2 Full Screen Start Menu?

I gave Start11 a technically promising short Try but it still felt undercooked like being laggy, not allowing for 100% background Transparency, the Taskbar remaining visible thus ruining the look, etc… all of which rubbed me the wrong way.

So I've contacted both the Start11 and ExplorerPatcher "Support" and they both couldn't help with my "Issue".

The Start11 Guys said there is no function to make it 100% Transparent and ExplorerPatched ones said the next versions of Win11 will apparently remove what is currently left of the Win10 Full Screen Start Menu Experience thus they've no incentive to put any work into that function either.
