By skyforbes I do Commercial and Industrial HVAC for a living and I am a site lead at a food manufacturing facility for my company. Well we recently swapped to a new field service program but it doesn't allow us track our refrigerant inventory nor does it show any information on what was used when and where.
I'm trying to build some sort of app that pretty basic. I want to track refrigerant by user and be able to log it. The tracker should have the ability to add custom refrigerants inventory tracked by user, the log should be able to add refrigerant to the unit and subtract it from that users inventory. The log should have job number, unit number, date and amount of refrigerant by type used with a notes section. Then I would like an analytics page that I can select a unit number and it shows a graph of refrigerant used over time on that specific unit.
Oh and every user can see the analytics page but nobody sees each other's inventory only your own.
Is this a complicated task? Is it something someone may be able to help me with?
