Last night QBTS and several other quantum companies were claimed (by the WSJ) to be in talks with the US government about government ownership, licensing deals, and $10M+ grants.
QBTS popped 20% overnight. But earlier today, the news was verified as complete bullshit. US officials confirmed there’s no deal or talks.
I bought 19 24OCT25 put contracts because the move up was BS. QBTS was crashing steadily before the bell. Price action was weak. So this is a prime short opportunity. Tomorrow will be a bloodbath
