By skyforbes So I feel like Sandy (Rusty's attorney) dropped the ball on one of the questions asked by the State to Lipranzer, Rusty's policeman friend. The question was "So it's fair to say Detective, is it not, that you are the person on the city police force least likely to suspect Mr Sabich of murder?"
I feel like this begs an objection for speculation. He's being asked to speculate as to the opinions of everyone else on the force. But Sandy lets it slide and I'm wondering why.
