Rented a car from Sixt. Returned it. A week later they sent me a bill for $566 for a tire rime scratch.
Their “charges”:
- $209 in “parts” to fix a scuff
- $165/hr labor rate for rim touch-up (132$ for .8 hr)
- $200 “admin fee”
- $25 appraisal fee
They also attached an image in which I can't even see the damage…
I disputed the charge, and now they said they will hand me over to debt collection…
