Resurrection Maker Book Review. What if legend was truth? We all know…

What if legend was truth? We all know about King Arthur. Many of us believe he existed, just not exactly as the legends portray him. Excalibur? Maybe, just not magical. Holy Grail? Probably not. But…what if there is evidence that all of it is true? This is the story of such a tale. One man finds himself excited to be searching for legends while avoiding getting killed and morning the death of his friends. Is it worth it?

Legends are fun to read about and dream to be true, especially one as familiar as Arthur and his sword. I excitedly began reading this book. There were quite a few things I didn’t know about it which led me into investigating more of the legends. Got some heavy reading ahead of me now. But as the book progressed, I found myself bogged down with too much information. The author would take several pages explaining historical information which at times got confusing as I wasn’t as familiar with some parts of the tale. When I got to those spots, I trudged along in my reading. I didn’t want to miss any part in case it was important. The contemporary chapters would go from action filled to long, intense, history lessons. The flow of the story had too many starts and stops. The chapters set back in the past weren’t quite so laborious, but they seemed to be giving too much information at once as well. Maybe the story could have been lengthened with information given gradually. Not sure.

Not a book I would want to read again or suggest unless you really like books that do that. If you like a lot of info given in the story between action, give this story a try. You can get your own copy here.
