Employment Type: Full-TimeAn opportunity is available for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile project execution across a cross-functional team in a fast-paced government environment. The ideal candidate will have experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing deployment activities, and guiding project teams through all stages of the software delivery lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Manage deployment schedules, coordinate testing efforts, and document release notesFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesSupport multiple Agile teams by providing tasking and adjusting to shifting prioritiesCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand complex product interdependenciesSupport Product Owners in maintaining and executing against prioritized product backlogsApply Lean-Agile principles and methodologies such as SAFe, Kanban, or Scrum to guide process improvementFoster team collaboration in virtual and in-person environmentsRequired Qualifications:Experience as an Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master across multiple teamsProficiency in Agile tools and practices, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and PI planningStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and LeanExperience with Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to coach and facilitate teams in a remote or hybrid environmentStrong communication and organizational skillsActive Secret Clearance (must be held at time of application)Desired Qualifications:SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification or equivalent Agile certificationFamiliarity with the Advana PlatformExperience working in large-scale government or enterprise environmentsEducation Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferredAgile or Scrum certifications highly desirableBenefits Overview:Competitive salary and annual performance incentivesComprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, vision)Generous paid time off and federal holiday scheduleFlexible work arrangements where applicable401(k) with employer matching and immediate vestingProfessional development funding (e.g., certifications, conferences, training)Student loan assistance and paid volunteer hoursFlexible leave and schedule options based on project demandsQualified candidates with the required clearance and experience should submit a current resume and any relevant certifications.
