By skyforbes As we were leaving an extra large woman is coming towards us. My wife was ahead of me leaving as I was putting my jacket on.
As she comes towards the large lady she brushed off her sleeve, offers an apology and walks on. Large seems to have taken some sort of offence and said, “stupid cunt” under her breath while standing looking at the table I’m leaving so she can have it.
I look this unpleasant person straight in the eye and asked her why? She seemed a little confused so I just continued to stare at her, took off my jacket and sat back down. Now she’s pissy with me and the blood pressure is definitely going up. She snapped at me demanding the table seeing as I’m finished. I’m not budging.
Meanwhile my wife has realised I’m not behind her and has come back in to see what’s going on. The look on large face is priceless when she realised this person is with me. I very quietly tell her she owes my wife an apology. She goes wide eyed spurting some excuse and denial.
Never did get that apology but she didn’t get a table and seeing her realise that she had opened a can of shite she couldn’t talk or bully her way out of was worth it.
Edit. For all of you offended by my use of a term to describe an unpleasant person by a defining them as large who is in fact large. Stop getting offended by every damn thing
