Look, I know I wrote about this movie before for longer than a sentence, but I wanted to see if watching again would diminish or strengthen my reaction…and fortunately, The Rule of Jenny Pen remains an utterly brilliant horror film that plays off fears of powerlessness and how we abuse our power once we gain it.
