Job description: Our client, a Global Leader in the Medical Device Industry has an immediate opening for a Sr. Business Process Improvement Analyst for a 12 month + Contract. Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and reduced cost. Determines how new information technologies can support reengineering business processes. May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management and measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes, developing sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
- Research industry best practices both within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data.
- Collect and analyze process data to recommend and implement business practices that prioritize safety, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
- Determine how emerging information technologies can support business process reengineering efforts.
- Specialize in areas such as benchmarking, business process analysis and reengineering, change management, and process-driven systems requirements.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional process improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational excellence goals.
- Partner across departments to drive adoption of process standards and governance, influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitate BPM training and collaborate with organizational change management teams to embed process discipline within the culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Significant applicable work experience in process improvement or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 or more years’ experience in business process management or related fields.
- Strong expertise in process architecture, mapping/modeling, and end-to-end scenario design.
- Proven success leading global or cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in BPM tools and documentation standards, with relevant certifications in process modeling platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to foster adoption of process standards and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders and promoting a process-oriented culture.
- Process Improvement Specialist level experience with 5+ years.
- Process Manager experience at an intermediate level with 3+ years.
