By skyforbes Back to gaming after years. Currently I have old Xbox One S that is already old but lets me play some games from time to time. I am not a online shooter type of gamer, I prefer playing indie and story based games. RDR, GTA, Outer Wilds, but also some coop and couch coop with wife.
I have been thinking of getting something newer, but cant decide. Handheld is interesting because it is portable and allows me to play on the couch next to my wife. Laptop is the same, more powerful but worse at heat disipation. Dekstop is the most powerful and upgradeable if needed. For a budget of 700€ I would be able to get steam deck, or used PC or laptop. And I need help deciding.
Reading people's experience would be helpful. What you chose and if you changed opinions over time…
