Still haven’t heard back about renewal 2 months later. IL

Hi,
I sent in my renewal for Medicaid back in August, with a due date in September. I still have yet to hear back from Medicaid, and BC states they haven't heard anything from Medicaid regarding my redetermination as of today. Though I figure they wouldn't have said anything if I was just dropped.

I understand they are slow, and that phone calls are unhelpful. But this is making me sick knowing this. Is it normal for them to not do anything for 2 and a half months? Do I just keep going like normal to doctor appointments? The sole visit I did they never charged me for, or my medications.

I sent the redetermination with the paper work through the mail, as the online form was really out of date in terms of the info they had, and no renewal option was present. The website still is showing year old information, and states it hasn't been updated since.
