By skyforbes I’m having to renew Medicaid for my daughter. I’m a single mom, no child support and idk where her dad even is. So my first question is how do I fill out the info for him as absent parent? It asks about children so idk if that’s asking about his other kids? I can’t attach the screenshot so I hope that makes sense.
I work for my gma but her CPA I believe outsources for payroll. It says the employer must fill out the info. Do I give this to my gma or the CPA?
It also says my 2yo daughter told them I’m not related..😅 I know it’s just what it says on there and no one talked to her but idk how to prove she lives with me. I had forgotten to change my address when we moved. The only thing I think that has the new address is on the MyChart app. I think it says I can go through the landlord but it can’t be family.. well I rent from my gma and my aunt has taken over taking care of all the rent houses. She goes to work with me so so no daycare or other ID’s that have our address.
