I made a short video about Eyes Wide Shut being funnier than people give it credit for and wanted to pick some brains. I have always found it to be a pretty funny movie and people’s idea of Stanley Kubrick to be very over the top! I think he was a great filmmaker but I don’t think he was godlike or half of the things I’ve heard on the internet about the man. I’ve found all or most of his films to be dark comedies… would love to discuss with other people because I plan on expanding on my ideas in this video more in the future! Thanks.
