The fastest method of emptying a plane is the one everyone says they hate:
The moment the seatbelt sign turns off and the plane stops, everyone in an aisle seat should stand up, get their bags, and move as far forward as they can. Then everyone in a middle seat (or window, if the row only has two seats), should do the same.
The idea is to get as many people "preloaded" in the aisle as you can so that when the doors open, people are immediately exiting the plane, not just starting that process.
I'll never understand why everyone hates this method. It's so much more efficient and would get everyone off the plane faster.
