He was eating a big slice of watermelon and telling everyone that because he eats watermelon, he doesn’t drink alcohol. And guess what? According to him, that’s why he doesn’t have a single gray hair. Not to mention, his skin looked seriously fresh and glowing.

At first, I was like, “Okay, watermelon and no booze? Interesting combo.” But then I started thinking, maybe there’s something to it. Watermelon is mostly water, packed with vitamins and antioxidants, and staying hydrated is key for healthy skin. Plus, cutting out alcohol definitely helps with skin clarity and overall health. So, his claim might not be totally crazy.

What really got me was how genuine he seemed. No fancy filters, no over-the-top claims-just a guy enjoying his fruit and sharing his lifestyle choice with a smile.
