Ok, so i am a linux user since always but recently due to some requirements i installed windows as dual boot and my internet usage went up like 200-300gb more than usual. And i found this feature as culprit. It was on by default and has a limit of 500gb per month.
I'm not sure if we can call this as a server but more precisely peer for a torrent. This gives me another reason not to use windows.
If it helps anyone please turnoff delivery optimisation feature from windows update and then advanced options.
