Transfer info Chatgpt to Gemini

Hey everyone!
​I've been a ChatGPT Plus subscriber for 6 months now. With the recent launch of Gemini 3 Pro, I'm really keen to give Gemini a try.
​The problem—and I guess this is pretty common—is that ChatGPT has tons of my info/context already memorized, or stored, or whatever.
​Is there any decent way to transfer the info, the memory, or the most relevant stuff over to Gemini?
