Trump Fires Experts Who Would Review Ballroom Plans

Trump fired all members of the Commission of Fine Arts. According to The Guardian:

Its purview includes reviewing designs proposed for memorials and new or renovated government buildings, and the commission is intended to be staffed by experts in art, architecture and urban design. There is no indication about whom Trump plans to appoint to the commission.

And a little voice screamed in my head: Satire time! Then my head exploded; there were too many satire possibilities here.

So, let’s talk Star Wars instead. Trust me, this will connect to this story about Trump. I’m just getting there by means of a detour down my own personal memory lane.
