Trying to find a private office space in NYC

I'm need something that can accommodate 1-2 people and ideally has good natural light, reliable WiFi, and isn't too far from the subway. Budget is flexible depending on the neighborhood.

I've checked out some coworking spaces, but I really need something more private where I can take calls throughout the day without being interrupted or a ton of background noise. Does anyone know of any affordable private offices? Also, any red flags to watch out for?
