Trying to find an old flash game about building a business on a street.

The gameplay was that every so often, people would get off a bus and you could build benches and stuff to earn money, eventually you could build ice-cream shops and have all sorts of things to earn money.

It's a 2d art style, and I can't find it on friv, where I thought I has first played it, any help would be great!

Edit: I found it when looking up 'shop empire' to see if that was it. it was a game called 'Shopping Street'
