Trying to sort a folder by name without the subfolders going to the top

So I have a folder with 5 things inside it, 3 files and 2 subfolders, but I cannot find a way to sort them all by name without the subfolders being clumped together, so it looks like this:

03_Subfolder

05_Subfolder

01_File

02_File

04_File

And I want it to look like this:

01_File

02_File

03_Subfolder

04_File

05_Subfolder

Is there anyway to do this in windows 11? And if not, is there a 3rd party tool that's non-intrusive that can do this?

Best case scenario for me would be being able to pick and choose which folders work this way and which stick to the standard "folders on top" design, but if it's all or nothing that's fine too.

I already use ExplorerPatcher to be able to move my toolbar to the side of my monitor and adjust my start menu, so if it needs a 3rd party tool and that can do it, then that would be my preferred solution.

Thank you for any help
